ISOCOAT MODEL 3D is an innovative insulating agent that simplifies the work with 3Dprinted dental models.
The bio-based insulator quickly and safely creates an ultra-thin film on the model's surface and contributes to a more efficient digital workflow in the lab. The product eliminates previous challenges and makes working with different acrylic-based materials on 3D printedmodels easier and more hassle-free.
The well-balanced gel formulation is free of toxic substances and ensures a smooth separation of the acrylic or composite from the model with only one layer. ISOCOAT MODEL 3D provides very good visibility during application and can be easily rinsed off with water without leaving any residue. The transparent color improves the work with orthodontic acrylic materials by not obstructing the view of the material , allowing comfortable and precise work.

ISOCOAT MODEL 3D creates an effective and very thin insulation layer in about 5 minutes, preventing acrylic plastic from bonding to the 3D model.
The balanced gel formula, free of toxic substances, ensures effective separation of acrylic from the model after a single application, whether the3D modelis printed with a layer height of 50 µm or 100 µm. The product is also compatible with different types of acrylic resins as well as resins from different 3D printing technologies.
ISOCOAT MODEL 3D is very easy to work with. The good visibility during application, the possibility to easily rinse off the product without residue and the transparent color make working with orthodontic acrylic materials both comfortable and precise.
The insulator can be used wherever an impermeable barrier to the printed model is needed. It is also excellent for insulating silicone materials that might otherwise have problems with polymerization on 3D printedmodels.
Approximately 5 minutes.
Drying time can be shortened with compressed air or hot air.
