The Meisinger Implant Removal Kit is designed for easy and safe removal of implants from the jawbone.

The threaded cylinders included in the kit have two threads and can be screwed with one side into the internal thread of the implant. The puller shafts screwed onto the other side of the threaded cylinders lock the implant and the puller shaft together, allowing torque to be transferred from the ratchet to the implant.

Once the implant is loosened, it can be unscrewed without damaging the tissue. After careful medical assessment of the implant seat, a new implant of the same diameter may be inserted.

The variety of components allows the kit to be used on virtually any implant system. If cylinders and, in some cases, retainers are subjected to high forces, they may need to be replaced. Spare parts to refill the kit are available.
