Meisinger Periimplantitis Kit Carbide instruments for the treatment of periimplantitis The Meisninger Periimplantitis Kit contains eight perfectly matched carbide burs in egg and flame shapes for the optimal treatment of periimplantitis. Both shapes are available in two sizes and with standard and ultra-fine serrations. The shape, size and serration of the workpiece are ideal for intraoral titanium processing as well as for different implant neck and shoulder designs. All included finishing burs have an extra-long FG shank (total length 32 mm), which makes it possible to reach deep-set areas that are particularly difficult to access. When treating peri-implantitis, the cutters are guided in a counter-clockwise direction around the exposed part of the implant to smooth the implant surface.
