ASC Pre-milled Blanks for Straumann® Bone Level

DESS® ASC Pre-milled Blanks enable the production of abutments with an angled screw channel (25 degrees) in a single piece using your own equipment, while maintaining DESS®’s high-quality precision in the critical connection geometry.

The system offers titanium blanks along with a proprietary holder system for Imes-Icore®, VHF®, Yenadent®, and any machine with a standard 98 mm holder.

The implant connection is one of the most critical geometries in implant prosthetics and ensures optimal biomechanical strength and longevity for the implant treatment. The new Pre-milled Blank system enables in-house design and milling of abutments while maintaining DESS® quality and precision for the connection and screw seat.

The pre-milled blanks are made of Titanium Grade 5 ELI.

The blanks are secured in the holder using a “pull down and lock” system, which saves time and ensures maximum precision and stability during the milling process.

Conical BL Connection is compatible with: Straumann® Bone Level, DESS Conical BLT Implant®, Meisinger Implants Oktagon BL.
