VOCO Bifluorid 10 - Fluoride varnish for rapid suppression of dentin hypersensitivity

VOCO Bifluorid 10 is a transparent and rosin-free fluoride varnish containing 5% sodium fluoride (22,600 ppm F-) and 5% calcium fluoride. It is designed to treat sensitive tooth necks and exposed dentin with an immediate desensitizing effect.

Indications Biflourid 10

• Treatment of dentin hypersensitivity at tooth necks and crown margins

• After professional cleaning and tartar removal

• After tooth preparation or grinding

• For worn occlusal surfaces, prosthetic clasps or damaged enamel (e.g. fractures)

Effectiveness & clinical evidence

Bifluorid 10 has been shown to be an effective treatment for dentin hypersensitivity and to have a lasting effect. In a randomized clinical trial, the product showed equal efficacy in SCHIFF measurements compared to bonding resin, but superior pain relief in VAS measurements over time (1-6 months)
