Dental Membranes

Resorbable and non-resorbable membranes for optimal implant treatments

In implant treatments and bone regeneration procedures, the choice of membrane is crucial for creating the right conditions for successful healing and long-term results. We offer a wide range of both resorbable and non-resorbable membranes, tailored to various clinical needs.

Resorbable collagen membranes

Resorbable collagen membranes are an ideal solution for a variety of applications in dental surgery. These membranes support bone replacement and bone regeneration processes around implants by creating a protected environment for osseointegration and new tissue growth.

Shelter® resorbable collagen membranes: With a long resorption time of 4–6 months, the Shelter® membrane provides optimal conditions for bone healing, particularly during bone augmentation and bone regeneration around implants. This long-term protection contributes to stable and controlled healing, reducing the risk of complications and delivering better long-term results.

Non-resorbable membranes and titanium solutions

In certain cases, such as major bone augmentation procedures or when increased stability is required, non-resorbable membranes are preferable. These membranes provide strong support and maintain the structure over a longer period, which is crucial for complex bone regeneration.

Titanium-reinforced PTFE membranes: For surgical procedures requiring a more barrier-like solution, we offer titanium-reinforced PTFE membranes that provide a sealed and protective environment for bone healing.
